The following rules are set for our staff team and community in order to make the city a better place for roleplay. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with these rules and know them before you fly in. We suggest checking them out regularly incase they change. Toxicity/Streamers:
We do not have set rules on how to speak to each other so we do not limit GANG RP. There is a certain number of words that we do not encourage and will get you in trouble if you use them. All we do is ask that you try to limit the toxicity within the city.
There is a certain level of toxicity some people can endure. After all, please remember that this is a video game. One of the few things we ask in this city is there will be no sexism, racism, or homophobic slurs. Females are to be respected! If you are caught calling a female a name they do not like you will receive a verbal warning, followed by a warning if actions are continued. Please keep in mind that people may be rolling eyes on a platform!
Things that ARE NOT allowed: Any word referencing people with special needs or disabilities. Any word degrading a women that can be taken neglectfully and degrading. Any word that is racist or homophobic.
Please DO NOT play copyrighted music around others in large settings, you never know who is streaming that you can get in trouble.
IF you and a few friends are hanging out in a disclosed area around no one else, and they don’t
have eyes. We don’t mind. Just be wary of streamers and large community settings.
If this continues to happen or is abused it will be removed from the city.

CHARACTER CREATION:
Our age requirement is 18+ (Unless otherwise determined)
No PEDS are allowed to be used unless you open a ticket. We do not allow Animal PEDS or PD PEDS.
NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO RUN AROUND NAKED!! ANYTHING PROMOTING NUDITY IS NOT ALLOWED! VANILLA UNICORN OUTFITS ARE OKAY. PLEASE JUST USE YOUR BRAIN AND THINK ABOUT STREAMERS IS ALL WE ASK.
Your face is your face. You cannot use a mask as your face. You must take your mask off for PD. You cannot refuse to remove it for MUG SHOT.
You cannot wear a helmet for criminal activity.
PD will not be considered in this rule. – This is the understanding and agreement amongst the staff. Helmet rule is due to people running around with 3 tap helmets on civilians. PD wears 1 Tap helmets as SWAT members only when they are deployed. Not while we are on regular patrol.

– No rape, or forced RP of any kind. You can’t force people to take their clothes off and you can’t make them do ERP with you.
You cannot perma-kill someone else’s character. You can do it to your own if that is part of your RP.
Please do not talk about your cousins in any way, it is considered Meta Gaming. Your characters do not personally know each other. You also cannot send money or any objects or items between characters.
You are not allowed to talk AT ALL while you are dead (Flat backed). You are allowed to RP out your injuries though if you are downed. You should not yell out that you are “clipping this” or anything related to that as such. You also should not be yelling out coms while you are downed either.
PLEASE DO NOT talk to members OOC in the city that are staff unless it is a /report situation.

If you go to the light it is NLR.
EMS intervention such as roadside assistance or surgery is not the same.
If you are downed in any situation and you are revived by ems you may remember what happened, but not in every detail as you were injured, you also must leave the area of the scene any time you are revived.
You cannot go to the light while you are being transported to the hospital, you cannot go to the light while EMS is on a scene or in ems custody.
You can’t run after getting picked up from EMS when you are advised you are under a sedative by them.
If you leave a scene (alive) for any reason, you will need to stay away from that scene until it is FULLY complete.
If you are flat back and there are EMS in the city, EMS will be allowed to transport you to the hospital in order to “have surgery” and be picked up; HOWEVER, you still will not remember anything that has happened to you during that scene unless reminded. EMS CANNOT BE THE ONE TO REMIND YOU.
You CAN tell EMS not to revive someone if they are deemed to forget for your scene.
META GAMING:
** Any Higher-Up or Government called meeting in Discord is not considered to be Meta-Gaming; These said meetings are pre-approved by our Staff Team. **
Meta Gaming is when a person uses OOC information they learned about the city to gain an advantage.
Some examples are:
Watching a stream and using information you learned there to benefit you or somebody else in the city.
Watching a stream and using locations that you see instead of RPING it out.
Using the postal on pictures on Twitter.
Talking to your friend in-city about interactions on stream or OOC and using that information in the city.
ANYTHING you hear within the discord.
ANY DISCORD CALLS ARE META-GAMING.
USING org discord to tell everyone so and so killed you or using org discords in general for a in-city gain. You cannot use discord calls to communicate. You need to use in-city radio.
When having two separated characters, even if they are from the same family, you cannot roleplay that you are texting them and give them information. Both of your characters are separated, so is their knowledge and relationship(s).
When you are asked your ‘PayPal’ or ‘Favorite number’ you can only give your own, if you are caught giving somebody else’s ID number you will receive punishment.
POWER GAMING:
You cannot cuff or zip tie anyone and leave them there when they are alive.
You are allowed to use your phone or radio while you are zip tied unless it is removed off of your person. This does not apply to being handcuffed by PD, zip-ties are different.
If you are in an active scene you cannot flee to your house.
You cannot noodle OR emote while in a shootout.
You must wait a minimum of 5 minutes after the robbery ends at the store before leaving. This allows the cops a chance to arrive.
Power Gaming is when a person abuses in-game mechanics also exploiting..
Shooting while being carried.
You cannot drive on the mountains with a non-off road vehicles.
No talking on radio when you have a gun pointed at you unless otherwise directed.
You cannot use /cashregister to get some ones ID.
Some examples of Power Gaming:
– Not allowing a player to roleplay a response or action.
– Waiting for someone at an exit door and killing them on site. This is also considered RDM.
– Camping doors or teleporters.
– Trying to take someone hostage when they are in an animation. (Except when selling drugs.)
– USING EXPLOITS TO YOUR ADVANTAGE AND NOT TELLING STAFF.
– CHEATING.
– VDM: Stands for Vehicle Death Match. It is a bannable and kickable offense on most of the roleplaying servers. For example, VDM occurs when you hit someone with your vehicle for no reason.
– RDM: Stands for Random Death Match. This is also similar to VDM, but instead, it involves random players. RDM occurs when either you kill someone, or someone else kills you without any valid reason or roleplaying events leading up to it.
YOU MUST USE WORDS TO INITIATE A SHOOTOUT.
COMBAT LOGGING:
This is prohibited! When engaged in active RP scene, a player MUST NOT disconnect until that scene is completely over. Head pops, failure of internet, or anything on that will need to be verified in a ticket. If you are having issues and need to F8 quit due to a scuff or a technical issue you need to put in a ticket after the fact with video evidence.
You cannot F8 quit while you are dead and fly back in at another location.
GUN FEAR:
You must value your own life!
Person VS Person Gun Fear: Fail gun fear applies when the gun is pointed at you, not when it is by your side. When you are standing around one person and you both have your guns out but not pointed, no one (in that moment) has to fear anything. Once a person aims the gun first, you now have to comply.
You must fear for your life when a gun is pointed at you when you are out numbered.
You must comply with demands if a gun is pointed at you or if you are taken hostage.
To take someone hostage you must physically have a gun pointed at them. You cannot do it from inside a vehicle or on a bike. You cannot ask someone to be your hostage.
Gun Fear DOES NOT apply to officers when there is a presence of 2 or more officers together on a scene.
If the cop is able to while not at gunpoint draw their weapon. Gun fear wouldn’t apply.
If you want to kill someone inside a vehicle, or take them hostage; you MUST have 3 people with guns pointed at them. If you do not have the 3 guns pointed on them, they are allowed to flee.
Be mindful when taking someone hostage; They can agree to a longer time but we do have a set maximum of 20 minutes.
COP FEAR:
When Cops Block off scenes with Barricades/Vehicles/etc. It is to be assumed there is a large Police Presence within that barricaded area and No one is to enter that area out of fear of the large police presence.
Unrealistic Interactions with Law Enforcement – This pertains to acting in a way towards law enforcement that is unrealistic and/or is purposely putting yourself in a position to be arrested.
You must RP for 1 minute with PD on traffic stops- The only exemption is if you are on a high risk stops where guns are pointed
No COP Baiting! You cannot lure an officer by breaking the law in front of an officer. (Ex. No taking someone hostage, burnouts, pulling weapons out in front of an officer, etc.)
If the cops maintain a plus 1-ratio in vehicle scenes, the criminals must comply with the officers commands.
If there was a shootout and EMS is on scene or PD is administering CPR, the scene is closed and there can be no interference. If you weren’t involved in the original scene.
No outside help.
A criminal cannot call for backup for a simple traffic stop even if it turns into a chase.
You cannot ambush PD, ever.
Dirty Cops are not allowed. These officers who get caught will be fired instantly. Officers ARE NOT ALLOWED to sell or give any PD issued equipment; THIS IS A BANNABLE OFFENSE. NO TAKING OUT OF EVIDENCE, NO DELETING THINGS OUT OF MDT.
This doesn’t mean that mistakes don’t happen and policies aren’t followed but that stuff will be dealt with at a PD admin level within RP.
You are allowed to take a Cop hostage with 6 or more on; however, it needs to have RP behind it. Not just run up with guns out and pointed.
No dirty cop rule means you’re not allowed to do criminal activity while on duty and running as your PD character.
A bad cop who needs training or a cop who makes a mistake is NOT a dirty cop to be clear.
When an individual is arrested & is being processed (meaning they are in transport or are already at a police station for processing) and a server restart hits; they are required to turn themselves back into the police to continue the roleplay upon getting back into the server (after a restart).
NO looting Cops.
Other Gangs cannot contest.
OTHER WHITELISTED JOB RULES:
YOU CAN be a criminal/in an org of other businesses IF the owner of the business approves of this.
You cannot kill cops unless there are 4 or more cops On Duty. If you kill them, you may loot and do anything else within the rules. Officers must follow the New Life Rule. **Exception: If there are less than 4 cops on, a criminal must warn an officer a minimum of 3 times to leave before loss of life may occur**
Cop vehicles cannot be looted for PD issued equipment.
Cops can be looted but not their weapons or their PD issued equipment. Food, Radios, Phones, All Ammo apart from Sniper Ammo, Cleaning Kits, Tasers, Band-Aids are non PD issued items that can be looted.
You cannot impersonate a LEO. This only includes dressing as a officer and walking around pretending to be one. This does not pertain to stealing a cop car as a non LEO and using the lights/sirens etc.
HELICOPTERS / VEHICLES:
You CANNOT use an aircraft for a PRISON BREAK!
You CANNOT use aircrafts for illegal activity except for the Oil Heist!
Aircrafts can only be landed on Heli-Pads or Staff Designated Areas in city limits.
DURING ANY CHASE YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE IN WATER OR STORE YOUR VEHICLE IN A GARAGE.

TSUNAMI (STORM) RULES:
Do not start criminal activity 15 mins before the Tsunami.
No Shootouts or killing anyone 15 minutes before Tsunami. This gives EMS time to make sure the scene can be completely played out.
Please do not continue gang beef 24/7. At some point after a Storm, you should just come to terms and not carry it to Tsunami after Tsunami.

Once a scene has been taken over by Staff; it will be considered 86’ed (forgotten) in the city.
We have a Multi-Job script after the next Tsunami. Currently key-bind with F9, but you can adjust it as you please. You are only allowed to have two jobs, and only one of them can be a whitelisted job. Please don’t abuse this or it will be removed. All Mechanic Shops, Platinum, Casino, Realtor, LSPD, BCSO, EMS, DOJ, LAWYER. Only One Whitelisted Job Allowed Per Character.
You also cannot have another character with the same whitelisted job. (EXAMPLE: Two PD characters, etc.)
You must have words with someone before any shooting occurs. If you do not initiate a shootout or killing someone of any nature it is considered RDM.
RP BEFORE shooting! Please have conversations with people and create Pasta!!
You cannot loot, steal or sell lawyer’s passes from lawyers.
You cannot store any ILLEGAL ITEMS/or weapons in your 6-slot.
You cannot put backpacks in your 6th slot.
You cannot make someone give you keys to their house – Make sure you know who has keys to your house; that is on the owner. ** Signed warrants by a judge are a different matter when it comes to allowing PD in **
You cannot stack backpacks if you are using a backpack you must be wearing a visible BACKPACK/STORAGE ON YOUR PERSON from the clothing store.
Outside help is a demand for banks. It is also a demand of the new rule about interference.
Businesses / Mech Shop Rules:
– You cannot rob the business of all their funds, only $25K amount PER restaurant PER Tsunami.
– You cannot rob the restaurant for all their FOOD produce, only 150 items max amount PER restaurant PER Tsunami.
– You cannot sell your special ingredient in your Ped. It’s for RP purposes only.
– You set your own prices.
– You can’t rob a business if there’s no PD in.
Server Rules & Regulations:
If someone is caught breaking a rule in RP, staff will find it very appreciative if you handle it discreetly.
LEO / STAFF impersonations are not tolerated!
Please make sure you are reporting scenes within 72 hours.
We do not allow people to submit any footage that is not theirs unless approved by the party it is from. This includes streams and clips off public metals. This rule was put in place to protect streamers from people watching streams just to find a reason to get people in trouble. It also protects their right to stream on our server to prevent possible meta gaming. Clips off metal and any streaming/clipping platform are personally owned. This information may be public but would be privately theirs to use.
This rule is nulled if it pertains to any sort of harassment IRL or personal attacks, female disrespect/rape and staff disrespect.
Staff reserve the right to punish you for breaking the rules, typically a warning will be given for the first offense but for some extreme offenses a warning will not be given. Both parties will be talked to, both sides of evidence will be looked over before giving someone a penalty. This also goes for staff members.
Your attitude towards the staff members has a great effect on your penalty, be respectful! – “I didn’t know that was against the rules” will never be a valid excuse, however some leniency will be given depending on your attitude, also if the staff member truly believes you did not know. It is your job to stay updated on the rules, we will notify you about changes on the Rules and Guidelines

A bad cop who needs training or a cop who makes a mistake is NOT a dirty cop to be clear.
When an individual is arrested & is being processed (meaning they are in transport or are already at a police station for processing) and a server restart hits; they are required to turn themselves back into the police to continue the roleplay upon getting back into the server (after a restart).

Officers must follow the New Life Rule. **Exception: If there are less than 4 cops on, a criminal must warn an officer a minimum of 3 times to leave before loss of life may occur**
Cop vehicles cannot be looted for PD issued equipment.
Cops can be looted but not their weapons or their PD issued equipment. Food, Radios, Phones, All Ammo apart from Sniper Ammo, Cleaning Kits, Tasers, Band-Aids are non PD issued items that can be looted.
You cannot impersonate a LEO. This only includes dressing as a officer and walking around pretending to be one. This does not pertain to stealing a cop car as a non LEO and using the lights/sirens etc.
HELICOPTERS / VEHICLES:
You CANNOT use an aircraft for a PRISON BREAK!
You CANNOT use aircrafts for illegal activity except for the Oil Heist!
Aircrafts can only be landed on Heli-Pads or Staff Designated Areas in city limits.
DURING ANY CHASE YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE IN WATER OR STORE YOUR VEHICLE IN A GARAGE.

TSUNAMI (STORM) RULES:
Do not start criminal activity 15 mins before the Tsunami.
No Shootouts or killing anyone 15 minutes before Tsunami. This gives EMS time to make sure the scene can be completely played out.
Please do not continue gang beef 24/7. At some point after a Storm, you should just come to terms and not carry it to Tsunami after Tsunami.

Once a scene has been taken over by Staff; it will be considered 86’ed (forgotten) in the city.
We have a Multi-Job script after the next Tsunami. Currently key-bind with F9, but you can adjust it as you please. You are only allowed to have two jobs, and only one of them can be a whitelisted job. Please don’t abuse this or it will be removed. All Mechanic Shops, Platinum, Casino, Realtor, LSPD, BCSO, EMS, DOJ, LAWYER. Only One Whitelisted Job Allowed Per Character.
You also cannot have another character with the same whitelisted job. (EXAMPLE: Two PD characters, etc.)
You must have words with someone before any shooting occurs. If you do not initiate a shootout or killing someone of any nature it is considered RDM.
RP BEFORE shooting! Please have conversations with people and create Pasta!!
You cannot loot, steal or sell lawyer’s passes from lawyers.
You cannot store any ILLEGAL ITEMS/or weapons in your 6-slot.
You cannot put backpacks in your 6th slot.
You cannot make someone give you keys to their house – Make sure you know who has keys to your house; that is on the owner. ** Signed warrants by a judge are a different matter when it comes to allowing PD in **
You cannot stack backpacks if you are using a backpack you must be wearing a visible BACKPACK/STORAGE ON YOUR PERSON from the clothing store.
Outside help is a demand for banks. It is also a demand of the new rule about interference.
Businesses / Mech Shop Rules:
– You cannot rob the business of all their funds, only $25K amount PER restaurant PER Tsunami.
– You cannot rob the restaurant for all their FOOD produce, only 150 items max amount PER restaurant PER Tsunami.
– You cannot sell your special ingredient in your Ped. It’s for RP purposes only.
– You set your own prices.
– You can’t rob a business if there’s no PD in.
Server Rules & Regulations:
If someone is caught breaking a rule in RP, staff will find it very appreciative if you handle it discreetly.
LEO / STAFF impersonations are not tolerated!
Please make sure you are reporting scenes within 72 hours.
We do not allow people to submit any footage that is not theirs unless approved by the party it is from. This includes streams and clips off public metals. This rule was put in place to protect streamers from people watching streams just to find a reason to get people in trouble. It also protects their right to stream on our server to prevent possible meta gaming. Clips off metal and any streaming/clipping platform are personally owned. This information may be public but would be privately theirs to use.
This rule is nulled if it pertains to any sort of harassment IRL or personal attacks, female disrespect/rape and staff disrespect.
Staff reserve the right to punish you for breaking the rules, typically a warning will be given for the first offense but for some extreme offenses a warning will not be given. Both parties will be talked to, both sides of evidence will be looked over before giving someone a penalty. This also goes for staff members.
Your attitude towards the staff members has a great effect on your penalty, be respectful! – “I didn’t know that was against the rules” will never be a valid excuse, however some leniency will be given depending on your attitude, also if the staff member truly believes you did not know. It is your job to stay updated on the rules, we will notify you about changes on the Rules and Guidelines
